Description
Welcome to the home of the 2004 NFC Champions of the National Football League, the Philadelphia Eagles. But that's not all, the Lincoln Financial Field was built with the expectation of hosting some of the best events to bless the city of Philadelphia, including the annual Army vs. Navy football game, and great college events like the NCAA Lacrosse Championships. As a matter of fact, the first official game to be played on the field at the Linc was an internation soccer event, where Manchester United played FC Barcelona in August of 2003.
Construction on Lincoln Financial Field began on May 7th, 2001 and was completed 18 months later the Eagles were hosting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday Night Football. With a total cost of $512 Million, the facility boasts 68,532 seats; which include 685 seats dedicated to disabled and wheelchair accessible guests, 172 luxury suites with 3,040 luxury suite seats and 10,828 luxury club seats.
Guests to the Lincoln Financial Field can enter at any one of 6 entrance points. The Pepsi gate which is located at the Northeast corner of the stadium; the Chrysler-Jeep Gate which is located at the Northwest corner of the stadium; the West and South Gates which are located at their respective namesakes; the East Club and Mercedez-Benz Club Suites entrance, Both of these entrances are available only for those guests that are suite holders, club seatholders, and those with disabilities.
Guests of the Lincoln Financial Field with disabilities will be happy to find that the facility is designed to deliver specifically targeted programs of assistance. Such services and amenities include accessible parking, handicapp accessible restrooms, power assisted doors and entrances, special landes at concession areas, accessible water fountains and ATM's and seating areas designed to assist those with wheelchairs. Guest Services also has available a limited number of wheelchairs that will enable staff or another guest to transport those with disabilities to their respective seat. Guests requiring this type of service are advised to contact the gate supervisor upon entering the stadium.
Guests looking for a little more action and fun outside the game or event they are attending the Lincoln Financial Field has
some great alternative recreation and entertainment areas. Come enjoy some fun with other adults of the stadium and be
entertained by the Bud Girls at the Bud Zone Bar, which is located in the Chrsyler Jeep Quadrant. Enjoy an array of ice cold selections of Budweiser and other Anheuser-Busch family brand beers and ales, while sitting down and watching the game on any number of televisions located in the bar.
The Bud Zone Bar is located in the Chrysler Jeep Quadrant at Lincoln Financial Field. It features appearances by Bud Girls,
seating, televisions and ice cold beverages from the Anheuser-Busch family of brands. The Bud Zone Bar is the perfect place to visit during the game. As policy for all areas of the Lincoln Financial Field, anyone under the age of 30 must show proof of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages.
If you're looking for a little fun before the game the Miller Lite Tailgate Zone is the place to be. It is located in the
HeadHouse Plaza at Lincoln Financial Field. Here you'll find pre-game appearances by Eagles Cheerleaders, former Eagle greats
and special guests. You can also be sure to enjoy any number of ice cold beers, ales or brews offered by the Miller Brewing Family Brand of Beers.
Last for those guest looking for a little fun and activity should find their way to the Sovereign Bank Interactive Zone. Here you can test your skills, find out all there is about the history of football, and so much more. This recreation area is located in the Head House Plaza.
