The following is a list of additional Policies and Services of the Penns Landing Area:
- No, pets are not allowed at any events.
- You may only bring in blankets to sit on. Chairs are not permitted at any of the venues at Penn's Landing.
- Tickets to any concert or event at Festival Pier cannot be purchased without a convenience charge, as are all Clear Channel Productions.
- There is no reserved seating for events at Penn's Landing. All events are general admission seating.
- Both Main Venues of Penn's Landing, the Festival Pier and the Great Plaza are wheel chair and baby stroller accessible.
- Beverages, other than sealed container's with water, are not permitted to be brought into Penn's Landing, and only 1 bottle per person.
